Tastrip
We enjoy the pleasure and value of ‘sustainable ecological gastronomy’. We practice an experience-based learning trip that awakens your sense of taste and ecological sensitivity. We provide insights that are integrated with the region’s ecology, socio-economics, and cultural anthropology. We design learning experiences for reflection and practice from planning to after the trip. We share and spread the value of learning trips. We would like to invite those who agree to pay 10% of the participation fee as a sponsorship to provide opportunities to learn ecological gastronomy to young people preparing for independence.
