Climathon
Climathon Korea is an innovation hackathon for a sustainable future, held in collaboration with Climate-KIC and sponsored by various partners, including the University of Seoul and The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship Program beVisioneers. This event, the first of its kind in Korea, successfully gathered 27 international participants to address critical climate challenges. Mentors at the event included sustainability experts from organizations like Al-Maeng Store, Dasiibda Research Institute, and Slow Food Korea. Climathon Korea partnered with key organizations such as the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and the Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation to foster innovation. The judging panel included prominent figures, such as the team lead of the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and the CEO of Mona.
