Bapshim
Bapshim was our first step into the culinary world, inheriting a passion from past generations and transforming it into real impact. We introduced Korean flavors to the Basque Country, where the cuisine was nearly nonexistent, and partnered with restaurants to create fusion experiences. Our efforts led us to cook in Bilbao’s tallest landmark, the Iberdrola Tower, and gain media recognition. We also created K-Day, a celebration where we reimagined Basque pintxos with Korean ingredients, blending cultures through food. Additionally, we played a key role in Euskorea(attach euskorea link of our web), serving over 900 guests and shaping one of the region’s biggest Korean cultural events.
