I am Sohyun Cho, a dynamic leader with a passion for transforming ideas into impactful ventures, successfully managing projects like the Art Exhibition ESHS Korea: Over Ideal Unnatural phenomenon, international Climathon hackathon and a B2B sales automation service called Upsails. My experience has taught me that true leadership is defined by how one navigates crises, a skill I honed by adapting to unexpected on-site challenges during the event such as Euskorea, Climathon and ESHS. I am deeply committed to cross-cultural collaboration, and I’ve led projects across Spain, Germany, and Korea, learning that effective communication is rooted in a desire to understand and not just be heard. When faced with a lack of experience, I proactively seek out guidance from experts and integrate their feedback to refine my approach and deliver superior outcomes. My current focus is leading Re/Assembly, a co-founded company with the goal of empowering talent in the circular fashion industry.
